Committees of the Parish Council
The planning authority is Wychavon District Council, and all decisions on planning applications are made by their Development Control Committee. Parish Councils are consulted and invited to give a local view on all applications for development in their parish.
Charlton Parish Council have delegated powers to their Planning Committee to consider each planning application and give a local view to Wychavon District Council’s Development Control Committee.
